ORDER:
Heard Sri K. Rama Subba Rao, learned counselappearing for the petitioner and learned AssistantGovernment Pleader for Revenue appearing forrespondents. Perused the record.
Petitioner herein had filed an appeal under Section24 of A.P. (Telangana Area) Abolition of Inams Act, 1955,on 2l-Il-2O22, with respondent No.3 challenging theorder dated lL-lO-2O22 of respondent No.4. Despitereceiving and acknowledging the said appeal, respondentNo.3 did not act upon the same, therefore, the presentwrit petition.24 of A.P. (Telangana Area) Abolition of Inams Act, 1955,on 2l-Il-2O22, with respondent No.3 challenging theorder dated lL-lO-2O22 of respondent No.4. Despitereceiving and acknowledging the said appeal, respondentNo.3 did not act upon the same, therefore, the presentwrit petition.
Whereas learned Assistant Government Pleader forRevenue, on instructions, would submit that respondentNo.3 will register the said appeal and dispose of it, inaccordance with law.
