Whereas the aforesaid Appellant hath preferred the Criminal Appeal under Sec. 378 (4) (5) & (1) Cr. P.C. against theJudgment and decree of the Court of the II Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad passed in C.C. No. 31 of 1997 dated: 06-11-1998; And whereas the Court upon perusing the Appeal and the grounds filed herein directed the Registry to issueWarrant as provided under Section 390 Cr.P.C against the respondent-Accused for his arrest and production before the IIMetropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad;Therefore You viz, The Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City, Hyderabad are hereby directed to arrest the said Respondent-Accused namely; P. Satyanarayana, S/o. Chandraiah, aged 48 years,R/o. 21-2-541, Urdu Sharif, Charkaman, Hyderabad wherever he is found and produce him under safe custody andconduct before the II Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.
On Such production the II Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad is directed to admit respondent-Accused on bail onfurnishing a personal bond for Rs. 3,000 (Rupees three thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to thesatisfaction of the II Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.
You are also further directed to return this Warrant as early as possible to this court preferably on or before 04-12-2006 to which date the case stands posted, with a detailed report stating the manner in which it has been executed or if notexecuted the reasons why it has not been executed.Herein fail not.
