ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of theCode of Criminal Procedure, 7973 (for short 'Cr.p.C.') by theCode of Criminal Procedure, 7973 (for short 'Cr.p.C.') by thepetitioner/accused No.1 to quash the proceedingstnC.C.No.390 of 2015, pending on the file of the learned IAdditional Juclicial Magistrate of First Class, Warangal,registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-4,323,506 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of DowryProhibition Acl,1967.Prohibition Acl,1967.
2. Heard leamed counsel for the petitioner and learnedcounsel for the respondent-State and perused the record.
3. As seen from the proceeding shee! there was norepresentation on behalf of the petitioner on 06.77.2023though the case was listed at the request of learned counselfor the petitioner vide letter, dated 28.08.2023. Today also To, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, Ido not find any reason to keep the petition pending.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, inthe event of cause surviving.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
