3. Permission is accorded to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed aswithdrawn. C.R.P.M.P.No.6942 of 2014 is, accordingly, ordered.There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any,pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
