ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus to declare theaction of the respondents in not incorporating certain lands andstructures belonging to the petitioners in notification issued underSection 4(1) and declaration issued under Section 6 of the LandAcquisition Act, 1894 (for short ‘the Act’). The petitioners also soughtfor consequential directions to the respondents to include the landsand structures of the petitioners existing on Survey Nos.602/2 and 607in Reach No.17 of Gollapalli Village, Atloor Mandal, Kadapa District.

At the hearing, it is brought to my notice that this Court hasdisposed of several writ petitions, in which, a similar relief is sought for.

In view of the above, this writ petition is also disposed of withthe direction that respondent Nos.2 and 3 shall visit Gollapalli Villageand make personal verification of existence of the structures and thelands, which the petitioners are claiming to be included in notificationunder Section 4(1) and declaration issued under Section 6 of the Act. Ifthe respondents are satisfied that the lands and structures raised bythe petitioners bona fide are omitted from being included in thenotification under Section 4(1) and declaration issued under Section 6of the Act, they shall include the same by issuing addendum, ifnecessary. However, if they find that the claim of the petitioners isfalse, they are under no obligation to issue any addendum.
