ORDER:

It seems when the repairs were taken up by the Department tothe bund of Diguva Konthameri Chinna Cheruvu, the present writpetition is filed with an apprehension that the respondents may increase the height of the surplus weir and close the channel atSy.No.237 of Konatheneri Gram Panchayat by joining the bunds ofDiguva Konthaneri and Chinnappa Reddy tanks by extending theDiguva Konthaneri Tank and allowing further increasing of the heightof the bund.

A detailed counter affidavit is filed by respondent Nos.5 and 6denying the allegations made in the writ petition and asserted that thecomplaint of the petitioner is only an imaginary one and there is nochange in the height of surplus weir of the tanks and only some repairworks were entrusted to the Water Users Association of DiguvaKonthaneri Tank for execution as per the guidelines of Janmabhoomiprogramme.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this writpetition. The writ petition is accordingly closed.
