ORDER:
This Criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short “Cr.P.C.”) to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.643 of 2015 on the file of the I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Tenali, which is outcome of Crime No.111 of 2015 of Tenali I Town Police Station, Guntur District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 506 read with Section 34 Indian Penal Code (for short “I.P.C.”) and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.
Sri Katta Laxmi Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing the matter for sometime, requested this Court to direct the police to follow guidelines formulated by the Apex Court in “Rajesh Sharma v. State of U.P.[1]”

State of U.P.” (referred supra). Accordingly, police concerned are directed to adhere to the guidelines issued in “Rajesh Sharma v. State of U.P.” (referred supra).
With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
