The Petition coming on for hearing upon perusing the petition andgrounds filed herein and the order of the High Court dated. 10-04-2006 madeherein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri J.U.M.V.Prasad, Advocate forthe Petitioner and of Sri Kowturu Vinaya Kumar Advocate on behalf of theRespondents.

The Court made the following ORDER:

“ This Court by order dated. 10-04-2006 granted interim ordersubject to condition of petitioner depositing half of the arrears ofmaintenance granted by the trial court and also continuing to pay a sumof Rs. 3000/- towards maintenance of first and second respondents. It is submitted by the learned counsel for parties that thoughsuch a condition is imposed in the order dated. 10-4-2006, no amount isdeposited as ordered by this court towards the arrears of maintenance.

In that view of the matter I do not find any valid ground tocontinue the interim order dated. 10-4-2004 and the same is vacated. It isopen for the first appellate court to dispose of the appeal. Post after 3 weeks.”
