Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in thecircumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein, the High Court will be pleased toissue a Writ, Order or Direction more especially one in the nature of Writ ofMandamus declaring the proceedings D.Dis.No. L1/10031/2003, dt. 13-11-2003 of theCommissioner, endowments, Hyderabad as illegal and arbitrary and malafide andconsequently set aside the same and further direct the 1[st] respondent to takeimmediate steps to take the highest bid in open auction in presence of villagers andprotect the interest of the temple.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the affidavitfiled in support thereof and the order of High Court dt. 14-12-2003 and made hereinand upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.Sri Raghuram, Advocate for the Petitionerand of Ms. Nanda Ramachander Rao accepts notice on behalf of the Respondents 1& 2 and of Smt. N.Indrani, S.C. for Endowments, on behalf of the Respondent No.3.
