JUDGMENT: (per Hon’ble Sri Justice B.Sehasayana Reddy)
This appeal is directed against the judgment and decreedated 3.4.2000 in O.S.No.540 of 1998 on the file of the ChiefJudge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.
Pending the appeal, the parties entered into compromiseand file C.C.C.A.M.P.No.799 of 2010 to dispose of the appeal interms of the compromise. The said C.C.C.A.M.P is allowed onthis day by a separate order.
Accordingly, this appeal is disposed of in terms of thecompromise, and the judgment and decree dated 3.4.2000 passedin O.S.No.540 of 1998 on the file of the Chief Judge, City CivilCourt, Hyderabad stands modified. The memorandum ofcompromise shall form part and parcel of the decree. There shallbe no order as to costs.
