ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed with a prayer to quash theproceedings against the petitioner in CC No.568 of 2009 on the file ofthe III Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Rajahmundry, EastGodavari District.
2. Heard and perused the record.
3. In view of the specific allegations about the conduct of thepetitioner and the offences are said to have been committed and therei s prima facie evidence on record, the truth or otherwise which canonly be decided after the trial. At this stage, it is not a case forquashing of the proceedings. However, the petitioner is at liberty to filean application for discharge.
4. With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposedof.
