ORDER:-
In view of the fact that the allegations in the complaint clearly goto show that there are verifiable facts about the nature of the offences,it is not a case to quash the proceedings in the First Information Reportin Crime No.790 of 2011 of Madhapur Police Station, Cyberabad,Ranga Reddy District, at this stage. However, the arrest of thepetitioners is stayed till completion of the investigation.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
