3. The grievance of the petitioner is that there is no response fromthe respondent No.5. Subsequently, the petitioner lodged a petitiondated 12.10,2021 with the respondents No.2 to 5 for taking necessaryaction pursuant to the representation of the petitioner, The petitioneralso made an application in Online Dharani portal vide applicationNo.LM 210010439 to consider his request.
4. In the circumstances, the writ petition ls dlgposed of directingthe respondent No.s/Tahsildar to pass orders on the representations ofthe petitioner dated 16.03.2018, 12.10.2021 and application No.LM210010439 made vide Online Dharani portal, within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by followingthe process of law and issuing notices to all persons interested andhearing them.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.There shall be no order as to costs.There shall be no order as to costs.
