COMMON ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quashthe proceedings in C.C.No.14389 of 2021 [pending ]on the file of XIIIAdditional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabacj. Thepetitioners herein are Accused Nos.l to 6 in the said case. Theoffences alleged against the [petitioners ]herein are under Sections 498-A and 354 of the Indian Penal Code (for short "lPC') and Section 3 &4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act (for short "DP Act').the proceedings in C.C.No.14389 of 2021 [pending ]on the file of XIIIAdditional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabacj. Thepetitioners herein are Accused Nos.l to 6 in the said case. Theoffences alleged against the [petitioners ]herein are under Sections 498-A and 354 of the Indian Penal Code (for short "lPC') and Section 3 &4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act (for short "DP Act').

Consequently, the CriminalPetition is allowed and the proceedings in C.C.No.14389 of 2021pending on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate atHyderabad, are hereby quashed against the petitioners-Accused.Petitioners-Accused undertake to pay an amount of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) to the 'Telangana High Court AdvocatesAssociation', within a period of ten days from today, and file proof ofthe same into the Registry.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shallstand closed.stand closed.
