ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are not notifying the vacancyof fair price shop Nos.628 and 644 of Secunderabad. Reference is made to variousproceedings initiated by the petitioner.

After the writ petition is filed, the respondents have issued a notificationinviting applications for filling the vacancies. In that view of the matter, the grievanceof the petitioner stands redressed. Petitioner states that he is now over aged by twomonths and the disqualification incurred by him is on account of inaction on the partof the respondents.

From a perusal of the order passed by the appellate authority, it is evident that thecase of the petitioner was directed to be considered.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of directing that, in case, thepetitioner submits his application, the respondents shall consider the same withoutinsisting on the qualifications as to age. There shall be no order as to costs ______________________
