This eLppeal suit is filed against the judgment ancl decreedated 31.10.2013 passed in O.S.No.65 of 2OO9 on the fi[e of theSenior Crvil Judge, Siddipet, Medak District.

The Hon'ble High Court grarted stay of theDecree dated 31-10-2012 on the condition of deposit of 50% of the de.cretalamount, The Appellants/ F irst Party have paid an amount of Rs.5,44,878/- interms of tlle said order which was withdrawn by the Respondent/ Second Parry;1036 of 2013 before the Hon'ble High Court for the State of Telangana, which iscurrently pending adjudication.
