ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Certiorari to quash award,dated 04.06.1999 in I.D.No.38 of 1995 on the file of Labour Court,Guntur.
At the hearing, Sri D.Arun Kumar, learned counsel,representing Sri V.Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner,submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, an out ofCourt settlement was reached between petitioner and respondentNo.2. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does notsurvive for consideration.
The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel to dismissal of main petition as infructuous, interimorder dated, 23.08.1999 is vacated and WPMP.No.22032 of 1999 isdismissed.
