Crl.R.C.No.3313 of 2015

The present criminal revision case is directed against thedocket order dated 22.12.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.5223 of 2015in Cr.No.198 of 2015 on the file of III Additional Judicial Magistrateof First Class, Tirupati, Chittoor District.

2. Heard and perused the material on record.

3. By order dated 15.12.2015, the Court below, while grantingbail to the petitioner, who is A3 in Cr.No.198 of 2015 of M.R.PalliPolice Station, Tirupati District, registered for the offencespunishable under Sections 420, 468, 471, 120-B read with Section34 IPC, imposed a condition to appear before the Station HouseOfficer on every Wednesday between 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM., tillfiling of the charge sheet or two months. Seeking to modify thesaid condition, he filed the impugned application. By the orderimpugned, the Court below returned the same questioning themaintainability of the said application. Challenging the same, thepresent revision is filed.

4. The grievance of the petitioner herein is that because of thecondition imposed by the Court below, the concerned StationHouse Officer is continuously harassing him to register anothercrime against him and his family members.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioneris ready and willing to appear before the trial Court.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, thisCriminal Revision Case is disposed of with the following direction; The order dated 15.12.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.5056 of 2015 ismodified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appearbefore the Court which granted the bail on all working days for aperiod of one month.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this revision shallstand closed.
