COMMON ORAL JUDGEMENT
In all these five Special Civil Applications it is jointly submitted by Mr.Bhatt appearing on behalf of the petitioners and the learned A.G.P. Mr. S.A.Pandya appearing on behalf of the respondents i.e. State of Gujarat and others that all these five petitioners, who were working as Assistant Professors in the Medical Colleges, have already passed the requisite examination in Gujarati language ( Higher and Lower Level Standard)
and they have already been granted the due increments from due date.
In view of this joint statement made on behalf of both the sides, no controversy survives between the parties now. All these five Special Civil Applications have virtually became infructuous and they are dismissed as having become infructuous. Rule is discharged in each of the five petitions.
