ORAL ORDER:
This writ petition is filed questioning the action of therespondents in disconnecting electricity power supply to the serviceconnection No.
F5-597, Risalabazar, Musheerabad, Hyderabad, as illegal andarbitrary.
This court while admitting the writ petition, granted interimdirection in W.P. M.P.No. 4629 of 2007 dated 12.11.2007 directing therespondents to continue the power supply subject to condition ofpayment of necessary consumption charges regularly as per the termsand conditions of supply.
Thereafter, when the matter is listed on 18.12.2007, noneappeared for petitioner, nor any representation made on his behalf. Today, though the matter is listed under the caption “for dismissal”none appeared for the petitioner. On the other hand learned standingcounsel for respondent company on instructions submitted that theconditional interim order granted on 18.12.2007 is not complied with.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
