ORDER:

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learnedGovernment Pleader for the respondents.

This writ petition is filed declaring the action of respondents 3 and4 in seizing the petitioner’s Theatre on 26-11-2009, as illegal andarbitrary.

This Court, by order dated 01.12.2009 granted interim direction asprayed for. However, liberty is given to the respondents-licensingauthority to inspect the petitioner-theatre for compliance of allrequirements viz., fire fighting equipment, electrical certification, storageor water etc., and to take appropriate action.

In view of the said interim order, no further orders are necessaryin the present Writ Petition and the same is accordingly closed. Themiscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shallbe no order as to costs.
