ORDER: {Per the Hon'ble Si Justi:e A.Abhishek Reddy }
The writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of HabeasCorpus directing the respondents to produce the allegeddetenue vD., Gandhari Shirisha Reddy before this Court.
Today, when the matter is called, the alleged detenue -G.Shirisha Reddy has been produced before this Court.
We have interacted with the alleged detenue and also thepetitioner separately.
The alleged detenue has stated that she is living with hermother and sister at her own volition and wants to live withthem and that there is no pressure from any person, much less,from her mother and sister, to stay along with them. That outof her own volition, she broke-up her relationship with thepetitioner and she is no longer interested in continuing the saidrelationship. She has further stated that she has lost her fatherand grandmother recently and her immediate concern is thewelfare of her mother and to take care of her health.
Having regard to the above, we do not find any reason toentertain the present writ petition and the same is accordingly' dismissed. _
