“Let this matter come up for admission and disposal after two weeks.
In the meantime the impugned award made by the Wakf Tribunal shallnot be given effect to the extent of directing the Wakf Board to conductelections. However Moulana Hafez Ishaq Kamal Qadri Sahab shall dischargethe function of peshamam pending passing further orders.”
