ORDER:
Sri P.Ravi Kiran, Learned Counsel for the petitioner, seekspermission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a WritPetition afresh, if need be, after action, if any, is taken as aconsequence of the letter addressed by the Tahsildar to the Sub-Collector dated 6.9.2012.
Permission, as sought for, is granted and the Writ Petition isdismissed as withdrawn. The Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any,shall also stand dismissed. However, in the circumstances, withoutcosts.
