ORDER:
Heard Sri P. Venkateshwer Rao, learned counselappearing for the petitioners and learned AssistantGovernment Pleader for Revenue appearing forrespondents. Perused the record.
Petitioners herein are claiming right over the lands1nSy.Nos. 192 and 273 situated at Iydhu DhonalaThanda, H/o.Rachakonda village, Narayanpur mandal,Yadadri-Bhongir District. In proof of the sarne, they havefiled copies of old passbooks. According to them, theyhave submitted representation through an associationseeking issuance of E-passbooks with respondent No.2.Despite receiving and acknowledging the said writtenNo.2 did not act therepresentation, respondent upon sarne, therefore, the present writ petition.
Whereas learned Assistant Government Pleader forRevenue,orI instructions, would submit that as perCCLA's Cilcrrlar No.l l2O2I, dated 15-Ol-2O21 thepetitioners h,:rein have to lile online application torespondent No.2, who inturn, will corrsider the saidonline applica,ion submitted by the petitioners and passappropriate orlers, in accordance with 1aur.
In view o1 the a-foresaid discussion, this writ petition 1S disposed o[, granting liberty to the petitioners tosubmit online application in terms of the aforesaidCircular to [-t:spondent ]No.2 along with relevantdocuments r,r'i.h a request to issue E-pattedar passbooks. On rr ceipt of the said online application,respondent Nc.2 shall consider the salne and passsubmit online application in terms of the aforesaidCircular to [-t:spondent ]No.2 along with relevantdocuments r,r'i.h a request to issue E-pattedar passbooks. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, i. any,pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
