This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order dated 19-11-2015 in W.P.No. 36017 of 2015.
2. At the hearing, learned counsel, representing Sri O.Manoher Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, has submitted that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the contempt case.
3. In view of the same, the contempt case is dismissed for non-prosecution.
