This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short “Cr.P.C.”) to quash the proceedings in Crime No.181 of 2014 on the file of Gangadhara Police Station, Karimnagar District.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the Police referred the case as false and prayed to dismiss the petition.
Recording the said submission, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
