Order:
This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the respondents toconsider the case of the petitioners, who have been working in therespondent-Organization as Contract Labour, by giving preference overothers for the post of Contract Junior Lineman duly exempting from thequalification of ITI Electrical/Wireman Trade.
When the matter is taken up for admission, it is submitted by thelearned counsel for the petitioners and admitted to by the learnedStanding Counsel for the respondents-APSPDCL that the subject matterof this writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court,passed in W.P. No. 22579 of 2006, dated 01.11.2006, wherein this Courtconsidered similar issue and disposed of the said writ petition.
Following the same, this writ petition is also disposed of on thesame terms. No costs.
