This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of respondentNo.6-Station House Officer, Alwal Police Station, Hyderabad,tninterfering in the civil disputes in respect of the land admeasuringAcs.2.24 guntas in Survey No.573 and Acs.2.16 guntas in Sy.No.574,totally admeasuring Acs.5.00, situated at Old Alwal village, AlwalMunicipality, Malkajgiri Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, andthreatening to dispossess the petitioner at the behest of respondentNos.7 and 8 in spite of the [judgment ]and decree dated 31 .12.2018passed by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District atL.B.Nagar, in O.S.No.769 oI 2010 filed for perpetual injunction.2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learnedAssistant Government Pleader for Home, and perused the materialavailable on record.

3. ln the written instructions dated 29.12.2022 received by thelearned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, it is stated that onreceipt of a complaint filed by one Nimma lVohan Reddy (respondentNo.B), First lnformation Report No.87B of 2022 of Alwal Police Stationwas registered on 22.12.2022 for lhe offences under Sections 427 and447 of lndian Penal Code, ['1860. ]The petitioner and others are \

accused in the said crime. A copy of the said First lnf rrma:ion Reportis annexed to th= written instructions and also a cop)' [,:rf ]the same isserved upon the learned counsel for the petitioner.
