ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code ofCriminal Procedure, 1973 (for short ['Cr.P.C.) ]by the [petitioners-]Accused Nos.2 to 8 to [quash ]the [proceedings ]against them inC.C.No.615 of 2016 [pendlng ]on the file of learned Chief MetropolitanMagistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad. The offences alleged againstthem are under Sections 506 read with 34 of IPC.
2. Heard learned counsel for the [petitioners ]and learnedAdditional Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.1 - State.Perused the record.
3. Learned counsel for the [petitioners ]confines his [prayer ]todispense with the attendance of the [petitioners ]herein - AccusedNos.2 to B.
4. Thus, having regard to the facts and circumstances of thecase, the attendance of the [petitioners ]herein - Accused Nos.2 to 8is dispensed with in C.C.No.615 of 2016 [pending ]on the file oflearned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad, whenrepresented by their counsel on record. The attendance of thepetitioners-accused Nos.2 to B is dispensed with subject to filing anaffidavit by the petitioners stating that in their absence theproceedings conducted by their counsel will not be disputed by themin any manner and also they rshall not [dispute ]their identity.
However, the petitioners snalt apjear before the learned Magistrateas and when their presence is required. In the event of thepetitioners failure to appear when the Court directs, thls orderdispensing their attendance would stand cancelled.
5. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
