No. 162 of 2005 Dt: 19/1/2006
The Court made the following :ORDER :
Sentence of imprisonment alone is suspended by granting bail to the petitioners on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs. 5,000/- ( rupees five thousand ) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrateof First class, Nandyal.
