2At the time of arguments, the learned Additional PublicProsecutor submitted that the vehicle in question was confiscated tothe State on 31.07.2015.
3Having regard to the submissions made by the learnedAdditional Public Prosecutor, no further orders need be passed inthis petition. Accordingly this petition is closed. As a sequel,miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shallstand closed.
