Heard Iearned counsel for the petitioner, learnedGovernment Pleader for Energr appearing for respondent No.1,Sri R.Vinod Reddy, Iearned Standing Counsel appearing forrespondent Nos.2 to 5, and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, Iearned StandingCounsel appearing lor 6th respondent. 2. In this writ petition, the petitioner is aggrieved by the actionof the respondents, more particularly respondents 4 & 5, inrelusing to release the power supply to the petitioner's subjectpremises bearing PIot No.S1 admcasuring 266.66 sq. yards inSy.No.20O, 2O3, 2O4, 2O5,212,248 to 252 & 254 situated at SriSai Balaji Enclave, Mallampet village & G.PDund igalGandimaisamma Mandal, M edchal- Malkajgiri Distrrcr.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that thcrespondent authorities have refused to release the power supply tothe subject premises belonging to the petition er uide rejection letterReference No.LTM2 164802 10, dt.09. 12.2021..
4. Learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 5, oninstructions, has stated that basing on the letter addressed by the6th respondent, vide No.NMC/ci 03l2O2O dt.14.O5.2O2O, powersupply to the petitioner was refused. He further submits that ifthe petitioner makes an application, again, the authorities willreceive the same and pass necessary orders thereon, as per law.
