4. It is stated that the petitioner is the absolute ownerand possessor of the property bearing No.7-1-621/109admeasuring 482.77 sq.yds., situated at S.R.Nagar,Hyderabad. It is also stated that the petitioner purchasedthe said property through registered sale deed dt.4-11-1999 and thereafter the respondent Corporation hadgranted permission vide permit No.48/87 in fileNo.0374/CSC/TP-5/2005 dt.31-12-2005 and the petitionerhad started excavation work basing on the permissiongranted by the respondent Corporation. Again the respondentCorporation issued notice dt.15-12-2006 withoutconsidering the representation submitted by thepetitioner. The respondents and their employees areinterfering with the excavation work of the area. The maingrievance of the petitioner is that at this stage, the 2[nd]respondent cannot arrive at a conclusion that theexcavation is unauthorized for the purpose of Cellar.
