This writ petition is filed to declare inaction of respondent No.3 -Station House Officer, Reinbazar Police Station, Hyderabad, incompleting investigation in First lnformation Report No.272 of 2021registered for the offences under Sections 354 and 506 of lndian PenalCode, 1860, as illegal and arbitrary

As per the written instructions daled 22.12.2022 issued by theSub-lnspector of Police, Rein Bazar Police Station, Hyderabad, thelearned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submitted thatinvestigation in First lnformation Report No.272 of 2021 of ReinbazarPolice Station, Hyderabad, has been completed and final report wasfiled referring the case as ['false. ]The same was intimated to thepetitoner through notice dated 10.03.2022.
