obligated to tal<e action as it is their responsibility to protect the said openspaces. He submits that he has no instructions whether this layout whichthe petitioner is referring is approved layout or not.

4. If the said layout is an approved layout and if there isencroachment in the open spaces, to this extent, the respondents shallconsider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orderswithin a period of (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, dulyissuing notice to the unollicial respondents. [n this case, this court has notissued notice to tJle unoflicial respondents, as the respondents are directedto give an opportunity to the unofficial respondents. There shall be no orderas to costs.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be noorder as to costs.
