ORDER
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Codeof Criminal Procr:dure, 1973 [(for ]short'Cr.P.C.') by [the ][petitioners-]Accused Nos.1 a'rd 2 to [quash ]the [proceedings ]against them in FIRNo.425 of 2022 [pending ]on the file of Station House Officer,Golconda Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offencespunishable under Sections 365, 447 read with 34 of I.P.C.2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners - Accused Nos.1, 2and learned Addil.ional Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.1 -State. Perused tle material on record.

A perusal lf the record would reveal that the respondentNo.2, who is thr: husband of petitioner-Accused No.1 filed thecomplaint stating [r:hat ]his wife and mother in law abducted him in acar and took him rowards Vijayawada and he got down at Chityala.In the sald complaint, it is also mentioned that the petitioner-Accused No.1 has made several complaints against him.

Predominately, the case appears to be outcome of differencesbetween spouses.between spouses.
4. In the said circumstances, this Court deems this appropriateto direct the Investigating Officer in FIR No.425 of 2022 pending onthe file of Station House Officer, Golconda Police Station,Hyderabad, to conclude the investigation without taking anycoercive steps against the petitioners - Accused Nos.1 and 2.Further, the petitioners - Accused Nos.l and 2 shall co-operatewith the Investigating Officer as and when required for the purposeof investigation.
5. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
Miscellaneous applications [pending, ]if any, shall stand closed.
