Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal, which is filed challenging the Interlocutory order passed in the said suit.
2. In view of the same, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
