This Criminal petition is filed by the petitioner/A2 seekingto call for the records relating to C.C.No.1642 of 2OL6 on the fileof the learned XI Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad,and quash the same.

It is brought to the notice of this Court by learned counselfor the petitioner/A2 that since the aforesaid Calendar Case wasdisposed of by the Court below on 10.12.2021, the petitionerwanted to withdraw this criminal petition. Learned counsel forthe petitioner also filed letter, dated 29.L2.202I, in the Registryto that effect.
