ORDER:
The petitioner challenges an order issued by the Government in G.O.Rt.No.778Industries & Commerce (Sugar) Department, dated 10.11.2005, transferring him fromthe post of Managing Director, Sri Venkateswara Cooperative Sugars Limited,Gajulamandyam, to Chittor Cooperative Sugars Limited; and posting the thirdrespondent in his place.
An interim order was passed on 17.11.2005 pointing out the basic infirmities in theorder in G.O.Rt.No.778, dated 10.11.2005.
Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner has placed before this Court, a copy ofG.O.Rt.No.805 Industries & Commerce (Sugar) Department, dated 30.11.2005,issued by the first respondent, almost nullifying the effect of G.O.Rt.No.778, dated10.11.2005. With this, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.
Hence, the writ petition is closed.
