CRIMINAL PETITION No.11118 OF 2009

This Criminal Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner Veera Lohidasu, accused, seeking to set aside the orderdated 18-12-2009 in Criminal M.P. No.2591 of 2009 in CriminalAppeal No.242 of 2009 passed by the learned Principal District andSessions Judge, West Godavari Division, Eluru, only to the extent of directing thepetitioner to deposit one-fourth of the compensation amount.

2. Heard.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, theorder of depositing one-fourth of the compensation amount is reducedto one-eighth. The other conditions of the impugned order shall remain unchanged.

4. With the above modification in the impugned order, the Criminal Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
