WRIT PETITION NO.28795 OF 2009

ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by an Aided High School at Penugonda,represented by its Correspondent aggrieved by the order dated19.12.2009 passed by the 1[st] respondent – District Educational Officer,West Godavari, whereunder the Correspondent was directed to convenea meeting and to sort out the disputes among the staff with regard to the appointment of one V. Padma Reddy, School Assistant as In-charge Head Master.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and havingperused the material available on record, I do not find any justifiablereason to interfere with the impugned order and at any rate thepetitioner school cannot be held to be an aggrieved party.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
