all, the grievance of the appellant is that he is not given possession of the commercial space which he has purchased from the corporate debtor sometime in the year 2019, which the corporate debtor is now ready to deliver possession, and nothing should survive in this appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant seeks some time to inspect the property before taking delivery. The appellant is informed that we are not any execution court, for executing a decree of any civil court. Having said that, if the property is not delivered as promised to the appellant under the sale deed, the appellant shall have the right to approach this tribunal again. For the present, we close this appeal granting liberty to the appellant to revive this appeal if the property, which is going to be given possession of by the auction purchaser, is not the property that he has purchased.

3. Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of. No costs.
