ORDER:
BSE has already filed its reply. Learned Advocate for BSE seeks two weeks to file a note for arguments.
2. Mr. Neville Lashkari, learned Advocate for the appellant submitted that the respondent-BSE may be directed to furnish a copy of the note which BSE desires to file in the Court. Learned Advocate for the respondent-BSE submitted that his instructions are to contest the matter and, therefore, the copy of the note cannot be made available. This is untenable.
3. We direct that the respondent-BSE shall serve a copy of the note sought to be filed upon the learned Advocate for the appellant in advance.
