1. BP 22/2025: At last, after issuance of Bailable Warrant in the sum of Rs.5,00,000/- consistently absent respondent is now appearing through learned counsel Mr.Aditya Krishna who is seeking time to get instructions, to file Vakalatnama and to file reply.
2. Two weeks' time is granted to file Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent. Further time is granted to file reply to the respondent, subject to, payment of cost of Rs.10,000/-. This cost shall be deposited by the way of Demand Draft payable to "TDSAT Employees Welfare Society" within a period of four weeks from today.
3. The Registry is hereby directed to accept the reply only upon deposition of the cost by the respondent. Time to file the reply is also granted till the next date of hearing.
4. BP 40/2025: Learned counsel appearing for petitioner is seeking extension of time to file rejoinder affidavit, which is granted till next date of hearing.
5. These matters are, therefore, adjourned on 07.12.2026.
