ORDER :-
1. Admit.
2. Respondent is allowed six weeks to file reply. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within three weeks thereafter.
3. Order on Misc. Application No. 989 of 2026, pending consideration of this appeal, SEBI shall not take any coercive steps in respect of the following immovable property:
“Residential flat at H-102, Pearls Gateway Towers, Plot No. 8A, Block D, Sector-44, New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (NOIDA), District Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.”
