ORDER
1. We have issued notice upon the respondent no.2 but deliberately it appears that respondent no.2 is avoiding to remain present before this Tribunal either as a party-in-person or through their counsel though they are appearing as respondent no.1 in another similarly situated matter being BP 345/2025.
2. We, therefore, direct the Directors of the respondent no.2 to remain personally present before this Tribunal at 11:00 A.M in BP 68/2025 or they may engage learned counsel on their behalf.
3. Learne d counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.1 submitted that they have already filed reply which is on reco rd.
4. Hence, the matter is adjourned on 27.11.2026.
