ORDER :-
1. Urgency application has worked for itself. Accordingly, Misc. application No. 963 of 2026 is disposed of.

3. For the reasons stated therein, the application for condonation of delay is allowed. Delay of 31 days is condoned and Misc. Application No. 964 of 2026 is disposed of.
