ORDER :-
1. Urgency application has worked for itself. Accordingly, Misc. application No. 831 of 2026 is disposed of.
2. Admit.
3. Respondent is allowed six weeks to file reply. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within three weeks thereafter.
4. Pending consideration of this appeal, SEBI shall not take any coercive steps in respect of the following immovable property:
“Land at Survey No. 134/4A admeasuring 43 cents situated at Meenakshipuram Village, Ettaiyapuram Tehsil, Thoothukudi District, Tamil Nadu.”

5. Misc. Application No. 832 of 2026 for stay is disposed.
6. Call on December 23, 2026 along with Appeal No. 324 of 2026.
