ORDER
1. MA 142/2026: This Miscellaneous Application has been preferred by the original respondent.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent, upon instructions from their client, submitted that at this stage respondent is not pressing this Miscellaneous Application.
3. Having heard the learned counsel for the original petitioner and looking to aforesaid submission, this Miscellaneous Application is hereby disposed as not pressed at this stage.
4. BP 67/2023: Learned counsels for both the sides jointly submitted that talks of settlement are going on between the parties to this litigation and hence, they are seeking next date of hearing.
5. Earlier the Non-Bailable Warrant was issued upon Mr. Anil Kumar, P roprietor of the respondent. At this stage this Non-Bailable Warrant is hereby cancelled. Nonetheless, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that if nobody is appearing on behalf of respondent in future, the liberty may be reserved with the petitioner to pray for Non-Bailable Warrant upon Mr. Anil Kumar who is owner of the respondent.
6. The matter is, therefore, adjourned on 02.12.2026.
